Frequently Asked Questions

What audio formats are supported?

You can upload MP3, WAV, AAC, OGG, FLAC, and M4A files. Output can be MP3, WAV, OGG, or AAC.

Is there a limit on the number of files?

There is no hard limit. However, very large files may take longer to process in the browser. For best performance, keep total combined size under 500 MB.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. All processing uses FFmpeg WebAssembly running entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server.

Can I add silence between tracks?

Yes — set the "Gap Between Tracks" field to any value in seconds (e.g. 1.0 for a 1-second pause between each track).

Will the audio quality be reduced?

For WAV output, quality is fully lossless. For MP3/AAC/OGG, a high-quality bitrate (192 kbps) is used. Input files at lower bitrates can't be improved, but won't be degraded beyond their source.
